In stock items (Hats, Slippers, Tracksuits, T Shirts.)
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you have 14 days to return your order to us for a refund/exchange from the day you receive your order. In stock items are dispatched within 72 hours (Mon - Fri) if ordered before 12.30p.m.
Pre Order / Custom / Bespoke Made to Order: (Parka Coats, Coats, Jackets, & Gilets.
Bespoke / Custom orders are non-refundable and are custom made for you. Please ensure you are 100% happy with your custom order before you purchase, your order will be processed straight away and will be made especially for you and according to your specification. Custom orders take up to 10-20 working days to be made and are sent next day delivery once ready.
Sale Items are non-refundable or exchangeable.

All returned items need to be returned in a saleable condition. If we receive returns in an unsaleable condition the goods will be returned back to you. Your item will need to be sent back via a tracked service and we suggest keeping a record of proof of postage.
Please note we do not offer free returns and returns costs will need to be paid for by the customer, and we are not responsible for any items that are in transit and have not reached their destination.
We recommend returning your order in its original bag to reduce shipping costs.

Please be aware all our items are shipped from the U.K.
Buyers are responsible for paying any additional costs incurred such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. This may vary from country to country so please check with your country’s customs department prior to ordering as we will not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred.
